This Privacy Policy explains how Paragon Framework ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our website (paragonframework.com and its subdomains, including the product demo) and our digital products (the "Products"). We keep the data we handle to a minimum.

1. Who we are

Paragon Framework is a small independent software studio that sells Flutter application templates and related source code as digital downloads. We are based in Malaysia.

2. Information we collect

When you browse our website or demo: our site is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not run our own accounts, forms, or advertising trackers on it. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
When you purchase a Product: payments and delivery are handled by the third-party marketplace or payment platform through which you purchase (the "Marketplace"), which acts as the merchant or seller of record. The Marketplace collects the information needed to process your order — such as your name, email address, and payment details — under its own privacy policy. We receive limited order information (such as your name, email, and what you bought) so we can deliver the Product and provide support.
When you contact us: if you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers ourselves — those are handled by the Marketplace and its payment processors.

3. How we use information

To deliver the Products you purchase and provide license access.
To respond to support requests and questions.
To send you information about updates to a Product you bought (you can opt out).
To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make our business work — principally the Marketplace you purchased through (payments and delivery) and our email provider — and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our demo and website do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Marketplace's checkout, when you make a purchase, uses its own cookies as described in its policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people view. It is privacy-focused: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregate figures only — page views, referring site, country, browser and device type — which we use to understand what visitors find useful.

6. Data retention

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the Product, honor licenses, and meet legal and tax requirements, after which we delete or anonymize them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Malaysia's PDPA and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. You can also exercise rights over purchase data directly with the Marketplace you bought from.

8. Children

Our Products and website are intended for developers and businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where they do, they are expected to protect it in line with applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
